Every provider in the Viti catalogue is contracted for EU processing — GPT via Azure OpenAI's EU Data Zone, Claude via Bedrock EU, Mistral in France. First-party endpoints that process outside the EU are barred from the catalogue.
The privacy gateway is what makes that defensible. Names, national ID numbers, IBANs and addresses are masked into reversible placeholders inside our infrastructure and restored on the way back, so identifiable data never reaches any provider — wherever its parent company is incorporated.
