Terms of service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms govern your organisation's use of Viti — the chat workspace, the API and the CLI. Viti is sold to organisations; there is no consumer tier. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

The service

Viti provides access to third-party language models through EU-processing routes, together with a privacy gateway, model routing, metering and administration. The model catalogue can change over time; routing may fail over between deployments of the same model, never silently to a different model family.

Subscription and billing

Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually. Usage is billed at cost plus a published margin, visible per model before you commit. The trial period is 14 days and requires no card. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices exclude VAT.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes or to generate unlawful content;
  • attempt to re-identify data that has been masked by the privacy gateway, or to circumvent quotas, rate limits or security controls;
  • resell access to the service without a written agreement with us;
  • submit special-category data (GDPR Article 9) in reliance on the masking layer alone.

Availability

We operate the service with care and monitor it continuously, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Upstream model providers can fail; when they do, routing falls back to another deployment of the same model or returns a clean error. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viti's aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Faroese law, with Danish law applying where Faroese law is silent, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Faroe Islands.

[To be confirmed by counsel — the choice of Faroese/Danish law and venue is provisional pending legal review.]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to your organisation's administrative contact at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
